How long until the workers arrive?
Usually 3–5 months from signing the order, depending on the country of origin, the work permit processing time and embassy appointments.
Who is the employer?
There are two options: you hire them directly and we handle recruitment and paperwork, or JobApp employs them through staff leasing and assigns them to your company.
What does the company need to provide?
A job that matches the work permit, the agreed salary and, usually, housing. We discuss all of this in the offer, and we can organise housing and transport ourselves.
What happens if an employee leaves?
Replacement terms are set out in the contract, and we agree on them together from the start.
